Agios Nikolaos is a picturusque area of Messinian Mani, 3 km away from Stoupa, and 48 km away from Kalamata. It consists of the villages of Agios Nikolaos and Agios Dimitrios, both of them inhabited by fishermen. Between these two villages resides the end of Pamisos river, where a sandy beach hosts the visitors.

The main attractions of Agios Nikolaos are the Christeas Tower (revolutioner of 1821) and the “Katafigio” cave.
