Pilos

Pilos is a small city in the district of Messinia. It lies on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese towards the Ionian Sea. It is an important maritime centre and has lately been developing in the touristic field taking advantage of the beautiful coastline. Pilos is also considered as one of the safest anchorages in the Mediterranean.
