Archaeological Museum of Iraklion

The Archaeological Museum of Iraklion is one of the largest and most important Greek museums and lies in the centre of the city, housing unique findings of minoic art. It includes exhibits representing every period of Cretan prehistory and history, covering about 5000 years, from the Neolithic to the Roman era.
