Canyoning at Calypso

The canyon of Calypso is located at the east of Mount Kissavos, near the village Karitsa. It includes many jumps on its large clear risers. It’s an open gorge with impressive rockfalls. During the summer there is very few water in the stream. The most important part is the 70m tall waterfall towards the end of the gorge. After the waterfall there are three more descents till the completion of the canyoning. Right before the big waterfall the view towards the sea is breathtaking.
